    1. As long as the desire is there, I can't fault anyone for not having access to games. Good luck!

  2. I can't follow hockey. I get bored easily and I can never see the puck so I don't really have a team or anything. Sorry!

    1. Haha, an acceptable answer as I was once the same way! Now, there is nothing like the thrill of some playoff hockey! Good luck Nat!

    1. Oh gosh! Okay! To each their own, haha. I lived like 7 miles from the Daytona International Speedway, so I heard ALL of the races, so it holds a tiny special place in my heart (and a bit of aggravation, know how hard it is to sleep with engines and then fireworks?!)

    1. We're football fans too, Go Eagles!!! My father in law is a Rams fan, so I think at least you and I can agree our teams do better than them!

  6. I've been a Devils fan as long as I can remember! I always joke that I bleed red and black. The team has been ridiculously skilled for most of their existence (I try to forget the 80s existed) and march to the beat of their own drum. Sure the years of the trap were a little boring to watch, but they're more than making up for it now! They're always viewed as the underdog no matter how good they are (no hockey gurus picked them to win either of the last 2 series) but they always rise to the occasion. I am so excited that Marty might be able to win 1 more cup and I hope winning will make Parise want to stay in NJ (not just because he's gorgeous--but mostly ;))! I could go on and on and on. GO DEVILS!!!

    1. This comment right here brought tears to my already teary eyes (Mascara, I swear! It's not at all from sheer playoff exhaustion and elation at how BEAUTIFUL that winning goal was...) I haven't been a fan for as long as you, I came off of being a casual Caps fan to finding my comfy little niche at The Rock at the beginning of last season. I've been to two games so far, mourn when our season ends, and crave it as it gets closer. GO DEVILS!!

  7. I don't watch hockey, or really any sports. I'd rather watch something like Doctor Who

    1. If you're not a hockey fan, I can tolerate. If you don't like Dr. Who...that I just can't stand for! haha. Good luck!

  10. I grew up in Edmonton so I've been a lifelong Oilers fan, and living in a Western Conference city meant we didn't get to see many Devils games. But Martin Brodeur is pretty much a national hero, so that always helped ;)

    1. He is something, isn't he! Everyone is speculating that this could be his last year, especially if we take the cup. So, the season is bittersweet, but hopefully if he takes his leave, we'll find someone half as amazing.

  11. Sorry to say I am not a devils fan. I'm a huge St. Louis Blues fan!!! I am actually a season ticket holder for the blues. I don't have anything bad to say about the devils because of Cam Janssen. :)

  12. Sorry, I'm a baseball fan plus I live in an hour from Philly, so I guess I must go with the Flyers... but I am a big fan of Red & Black since it is my alma mater's colors!

    1. The Flyers held their own, and to be fair, we're a relatively new team, so we still barely find any Devils merch, it's all Flyers territory still. I'm afraid I bleed Red & Black for life, but I don't hate on the Flyers as much as some Devils fans do.

  14. I never really got into sports. I know that as a Canadian, not being into hockey is absurd. Sorry! But, since I have no special affinity for one team of the other, and I love NJ, I am very happy to cheer on the NJ Devils. Go Devils! LOL!

  15. I am rooting for the NJ Devils because they are the team from a location that actually gets snow. :)
